JOJO HOWIE

 

Entering his 3rd year as the Head Coach of Everett Community College and 5th year on staff, JoJo Howie was named the NWAC North Coach of the Year in 2019, when the Trojans recorded a (39-11) regular season and 2nd overall finish.

Howie played two years at EVCC and was a member of the 2013 NWAC Championship team. He spent two years at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he was a Friday Night Starter and captain of the 2015 team that won its A10 Conference Championship and the school's first Regional Title. In two years at VCU, Howie held a 2.77 ERA in 2015 and logged 210 career innings pitched.

In 2015, Howie worked for the Everett AquaSox as an Assistant and 1st Base Coach. He has extensive youth camp and clinic experience with the University of Washington, Seattle U, VCU and ABC camps. He has  coached with many local select baseball programs including the NW Bandits, Laces Baseball Academy and City Baseball, where he currently coaches.

BEN KRUEGER

 

Entering his first year as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Everett Community College, Ben Krueger founded Mercedes-Benz Baseball Club in 2017 and the Cascade Collegiate League in 2018, where he continues to serve as President/Head Coach and League Commissioner.

Krueger spent his freshman year at Yakima Valley CC, where he helped the Yaks win the East divisional crown in 2012 and a berth to the NWAC Championships. He continued his playing career at Oregon Tech, where the Hustlin' Owls reached the NAIA CCC Regional Playoffs in 2013.

Krueger graduated with honors in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing while minoring in Communications.
